Why must Battery4.us verify my shipping address?

For fraud prevention purposes, if your billing and shipping addresses are different, we must verify your shipping address. Please contact the bank that issued your credit card and have your shipping address listed as an alternate address in that bank's memo field. Please make sure your credit card issuer bank's phone number is correctly listed in your paypal account information.

Price :
Battery4.us will honor our advertised prices is the cheapest. If there is a price differential, please check the following:
Low-quality items are usually cheaper than retail so please verify the product type
Open Box items are always cheaper than new products
If, after confirming that the Battery.us price does not match the cheapest price, please contact us for assistance.

Is Battery4.us a secure website? What type of security features are utilized to safeguard my information?

Security is a top priority at Battery4.us. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

All Battery4.us servers, including web servers and database servers, are housed and maintained in secure locations. Access to the database is strictly monitored and protected from outside access. The servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secured environment, inside a secured and locked room. All backups are stored and locked in a high-level security room. Only personnel with proper security clearance have access to these restricted areas. Tape backups are not permitted to leave the premises without prior authorization.

All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy and of what they can do to ensure that our customers' information remains protected.

Returns Policy

Battery4.us Inc. will refund the original purchase price of the product only. Shipping and handling, are not refundable.

Should you change your mind after purchase, please contact our customer service department immediately. We can cancel your order as long as you request. However, if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage), and a 10% restocking fee will be charged. To return the product(s), you can refuse to accept the product(s) or contact our customer service department for a Return Merchandise Authorization.

We try our best to deliver your desired products as soon as possible. In case you receive wrong products due to our mistake, please contact our customer service department for exchange or refund. We will make exchange or refund arrangement after goods are returned.

This warranty is not valid if any label is removed or if the battery pack has been modified, improperly charged, improperly installed, neglected, overcharged or misused in anyway.

This warranty does not cover batteries that have been subjected to "memory effect" (due to insufficient conditioning) overcharging or other abuse and misuse. All request for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and be made via an RMA authorized by Ecsem.Net, Inc.

Non Defective Battery :

Returns can be accepted within 15 days from receiving the item. All returns must be authorized by Ecsem.Net, Inc. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted or refunded, and may be refused when received.

All Non Defective Battery returns are subject to a 15% percent restocking fee.

Defective Battery :

Once the product has been received at our warehouse, it will be inspected and the customer will be credited for the returned product if it is within the fifteen (15) days, after the fifteen (15) days, the warranty takes over and a replacement will be shipped out.

Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted or refunded, and may be refused when received.

Shipping Policy

We believe it is our responsibility to provide efficient, caring customer service. We usually process orders within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays. We ship throughout the United States, Canada and UK
The standard shipping method is Hkpost or EMS.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.if you want to change address, please email us in time. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.
Most of the items we carry are in stock and will be shipped on the same day you place your order excluding weekends and holidays.
